2

Option 1

This is a rapid, comprehensive briefing that covers years of AI development in a single session after school.

Teachers will understand the generative AI landscape, from foundational principles to the absolute cutting edge, and leave equipped with immediate, powerful tools to reduce their workload and better help students.

The pace is fast, the content is rich, and the value is immediate.

Half-Day: Closing the AI Gap in Your Classroom

Learning the Lay of the Land.

Half-Day Course Content

In this high-energy session, we will cover:

The Five Pillars of AI Control

A critical framework for managing student use and mitigating risks around misinformation, data privacy, and plagiarism and learning how to help not hinder student's critical thinking with AI integration in the classroom.

AI 101 Foundations

A jargon-free briefing on how AI really works so you can use it more effectively.

The 20-Hour+ AI Teacher Toolkit

Immediate access to 50+ custom QCAA & V9 aligned prompts that save hours on planning, differentiation, and marking.

Expert Prompting Methodologies

Learn the "Top 5 AI Instructions" used by engineers for expert outputs, including the GIRDER-QC method and system prompts, and how to harness creativity and the right communication for AI models.

Gamified Learning & Data Engineering

Escape Room style activity

A hands-on, super engaging session where teachers solve puzzles related to data engineering and protecting Personally Identifiable Information (PII). Making the critical but dry topic something to talk about!

Choosing Your Tools

A strategic guide to selecting the right AI models and applications for specific teaching tasks to reduce cognitive load, workload and help students.

Advanced Capabilities (Overview & Play)

  • Custom GPTs

Use GPTs we have designed for you and learn how to create your own personal AI assistant.

  • AI Agents

Get hands-on with AI agents that can automate multi-step administrative tasks.

  • Tone of Voice Training

Learn to craft AI content that is engaging and sounds authentically human.

  • Creative AI

An overview of using AI for voice cloning and generating code for gamified learning experiences.

  • Peer-to-Peer Learning

We'll use mini-games and facilitated discussions to test knowledge and share insights among staff.

Option 2

Proper Implementation.

This is where the transformation happens and the rubber hits the road. The entire day is a hands-on workshop dedicated to road-testing the prompts, models, and agents from "Closing the AI Gap in Your Classroom".

Teachers will work on their own real-world tasks with our direct guidance, ensuring they leave not just knowing what to do, but having already done it.

The goal is to walk out with new assets, automated workflows, and a concrete plan to reclaim 20+ hours a week.

Full Day:
The AI Integration & Mastery Lab

Morning Lab:
Personal Workflow Automation

Inclusions

The Custom GPT & Agent Build

In this guided lab, every teacher will design and build their own custom GPT tailored to a specific subject need. We will then configure a personal AI Agent to automate a recurring administrative task, turning theory into a tangible, working asset.

The Differentiated Resource Sprint

Teachers will take one of their own upcoming lessons and, using the advanced prompting techniques and applications learned, produce a complete, multi-layered resource pack.

AI-Proof Assessment Clinic

Working in small groups, teachers will workshop one of their own upcoming assessments. They will use the "Five Pillars" and GIRDER-QC framework to redesign it, making it both resistant to plagiarism and capable of leveraging AI as a tool for deeper, critical thinking.

The Creative AI Sandbox

An open, experimental session where teachers can get hands-on support to "play" with the advanced tools. They can generate a gamified learning app from their content, create audio lesson summaries using voice cloning, or explore any other tool from "Closing the Gap in Your AI Classroom" that sparked their interest.

The "20-Hour Savings" Implementation Plan

In the final block, I will work with teachers one-on-one and in small groups to map their learnings directly onto their weekly schedule. They will leave with a personalised, actionable plan to immediately integrate these tools and start saving valuable time.
