An introduction to the AI landscape — which tools exist, what they do, and which one makes sense for your job. Covers ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, and Gemini. No prior experience needed. Participants will leave with one practical task they can try straight away.

For participants who already use Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace — the AI is already built in. This session shows them how to use Copilot in Word, Outlook, and Teams, and Gemini in Docs and Gmail. Builds on Session 1 prompting skills but accessible for those joining fresh.
